Package pricing & group requirements
All golf packages are priced based on a minimum number of golfers. The package price is conditional on this minimum group size being met.
Where guests choose to pay individually, the booking remains conditional on the agreed group size being met.
If any guest does not complete payment and no replacement is secured, the package price may be adjusted. Any shortfall will be shared among the remaining confirmed golfers.
Prices are subject to change until the full deposit has been received.
Reservations & confirmation
Reservations will be confirmed once the total deposit has been paid in full.
Where multiple accommodation or package options are available, only one option can be actively booked at a time. If your preferred option appears unavailable, please contact us to have it activated.
Group booking options
The lead organiser may secure the booking and manage payment on behalf of the entire group.
Alternatively, individual payment links can be arranged so each guest pays their own share directly.
Payment plans & instalments
Flexible payment options are available, including split payments, scheduled automatic card payments, and manual payments made in stages at your convenience.
Structured monthly instalment plans can be arranged, provided the final balance is paid in full at least 45 days prior to departure.
